I am thankful for having met Joey, my business partner, for creating this snacks subscription box, because if it wasn't for her, this snacks subscription box would not be able to launch so quickly! So, this is how we met...
Hubby and I went for our belated honeymoon trip to Egypt during Chinese New Year 2013, and during our trip, we met a few friends. We became friends when we always asked them to help us take photos, and vice versa, and also because we were all around the same age (although hubby and I were the youngest in the whole tour). Even after the trip, we would still meet up every now and then, and also celebrate each other's birthdays! During one of our gatherings, I mentioned that I wanted to create a snacks subscription box, and Joey suddenly came up with so many ideas for my box, and that was when we decided to work together!

We had so many ideas, but it was so hard to put all the ideas together. One of the major problems we had was to think of a name for our subscription box - we wanted something simple yet innovative!
We spent so many days thinking of a name for our box, but it suddenly came to me one day:
ABCDEat which stands for Asian Box Can Do Eat (It)
The next problem we had was to design the logo! I'm not much of a designer, so I asked an old (online) friend to help out! I drew out how I wanted my logo to look like on paper, and my friend is going to help us make it professionally!
I'm quite an indecisive person, so it was slightly difficult deciding how big we wanted our boxes to be, how they were going to look like, and how thick the cardboard was going to be. We have finally concluded on all of those things, and we are ready to launch our first box soon, hopefully in time for Halloween!! Our logo design is still in progress, but we will launch our Trial Box first!!! Please note that our Trial Box will be a size smaller than our usual boxes, and is mainly created for feedback & review purposes.
We intend to have four different sizes of boxes:
Mini Box - these are going to be the prizes for our giveaway
Trial Box - these are going to be for feedback & review purposes
The Box - these are going to be the size of the usual boxes
Premier Box - these are great for a special gift or a monthly treat
Our first snacks subscription box is launching on Wednesday 1 October, 2014 and we are super excited!!!
